New General Cafe & Coffee Bar is a modern wellness café located in the heart of Winter Park, Florida. We’re currently seeking a Front of House Barista to join our 15-person team. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and energized by good coffee and genuine hospitality. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in creating a welcoming customer experience.

Location: 155 E New England Ave, Winter Park, FL

Position Type: Part-time or Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold beverages to order with consistent quality and care
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, counter, and dining area
• Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling protocols
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Prior barista or café experience is a must
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High integrity with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to multitask and stay composed during busy service
• Understands the difference between basic service and true hospitality
• Weekend availability required
