Panama City, FL | Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Acro Blue is teaming up with a premier HVAC manufacturer in Panama City, FL, and we’re on the hunt for Assembly/Production Technicians ready to make an impact. What You'll Be Doing:

As a Production Technician, you’ll be on the frontlines — assembling high-quality HVAC products that power comfort across homes and businesses. You’ll follow clear instructions, operate with safety as your #1 priority, and play a key role in product development and custom orders.

Here’s the cool part : You’ll be working on technology that reduces energy demand and carbon emissions — helping build a more sustainable future.

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.00/hour

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $18.00/hour (includes shift premium)

✨ After completing 90 days of work, (with good attendance & work performance) you are eligible for direct hire and will receive a pay increase and full benefits.

✅ We’re Looking For:

• Team players with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions (written & spoken).

• Comfort with fast-paced, repetitive tasks.

• Basic English reading skills to follow diagrams, instructions, and safety protocols.

• Ability to stand for up to 3 hours continuously.

• Great attendance record — we’re building a strong, reliable team.
