Personal Injury Trial Paralegal
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s New York, NY office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least 3 years of litigation experience, and experience in personal injury law.

Job Description
- Support trial attorneys throughout the litigation and trial process
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and gathering information
- Manage case schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents
- Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, court filings, and correspondence
- Arrange for witnesses, issue subpoenas, and assist with witness preparation
- Prepare trial exhibits, notebooks, and materials; provide in-court support by managing exhibits, taking notes, and assisting attorneys
- Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases proceed smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (required)
- Experience in personal injury law (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- High level of professionalism and client service focus
