TruckMax in Naples, FL is a fast-paced, expanding company in South Florida. We are looking for someone with a good attitude that can bring a smile to the customer's face dealing with high pressure. We have multiple franchises and are looking for a Service Advisor / Writer to join our Service team.

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:
- Listen to customers’ complaints and description of symptoms; clarify description of problems; check vehicle maintenance records.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers based upon a menu of recommended services.
- Understand the technician's diagnosis and service recommendations.
- Explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detail.
