Are you an experienced Office Manager who thrives on creating organized, efficient, and engaging workplace environments? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to step into a Workplace Specialist role—perfect for someone who has managed office operations and is ready to take ownership of workspace strategy and employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless, well-functioning workplace
• Evaluate and improve workspace layout, utilization, and overall efficiency
• Lead office-related projects from planning through execution, including timelines and budgets
• Partner with vendors (furniture, food services, tech, etc.) to enhance the office environment
• Coordinate workplace initiatives that support collaboration, productivity, and employee satisfaction
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align workspace solutions with business needs
• Track and assess the success of workplace improvements and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and administrative functions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently and adapt quickly
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Bonus Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
