Our client, a well-established and highly respected pediatric dental practice in Chicago, IL is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who values clinical autonomy, strong compensation, and a clear path to ownership —without corporate pressure.
The practice offers a guaranteed $300,000 compensation package , flexible scheduling with the ability to start part-time and transition into full-time , and a fast-track opportunity to become a Principal Partner .
Compensation & Financial Incentives
- Guaranteed $300,000 annual compensation
- $2,000 per diem OR 35% of production — whichever is greater
- $30,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an ADA-accredited program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred but not neccessary
- Active (or ability to obtain) State dental license
- Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
