Your New Role

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps our commercial clients in Tampa, Florida running at full comfort and efficiency. You'll work independently in the field while staying connected to a solid team back at the shop.

You'll service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems in locations like restaurants, medical clinics, office buildings, and industrial facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Perform maintenance on refrigeration units, ductwork, thermostats, and control systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues

• Deliver top-level service and communicate clearly with clients

• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• Ensure company vehicle is clean, stocked, and ready to go

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on every job

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC/R technician

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics

• Proficient with standard HVAC tools and equipment

• Clean driving record (this position includes use of a company vehicle)

• Comfortable working in restaurant, healthcare, and other commercial environments

• Willing to complete a brief skills assessment (verbal and written)
