Responsibilities

Technical

· Develop and maintain SSRS financial reports as required

· Develop, design, and implement complex Power BI financial reports and dashboards

· Optimize reports for performance and scalability

· Read, write, and understand complex SQL queries for report and dashboard use

· Develop and maintain data models in Power BI

· Troubleshoot issues related to reports and data models

· Keep up to date with new Power BI and SSRS features and capabilities

Communication

· Work closely with customers and business analysts to gather requirements and design reports that meet business needs

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop data solutions

· Eager to share knowledge with team members

· Follows all department policies and procedures including request intake/fulfillment, change management, and data governance practices

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of experience using SQL (SSMS) and developing SSRS reports

· Strong understanding and experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

· Experience with data modeling and data visualization

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
