Field Services Coordinator | Support Projects, Teams, and Field Operations

About the Role

LMG Systems Innovation (LMGSI), part of the Entertainment Technology Partners family, is looking for a Field Services Coordinator to support our installation projects. This role is responsible for scheduling, travel coordination, invoice processing, and documentation to ensure installation teams have what they need to complete projects successfully. The Field Services Coordinator acts as a central point of communication between technicians, management, and third-party labor providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and maintain Installation Technicians on the Integration Master calendar.
• Coordinate and book travel for installation personnel during project deployments.
• Process third-party labor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure installation teams receive all required documentation before assignments.
• Support communication between Field Services and third-party labor providers.
• Provide detailed reporting to management and other departments.
• Maintain regular communication with technicians and technical management regarding project status and task lists.
• Participate in installation kickoff meetings and department meetings.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office-based with occasional travel (up to 10%).
• Standard desk and computer work with repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movements.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required.
• May require alternative schedules and on-call availability.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience; AV industry experience preferred.
