Production Associate – Cleanroom / Manufacturing Environment
Location: Palmetto
Pay: $17.00
Direct Hire
PRT Staffing is currently hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in structured production settings who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a controlled or cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks following detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions
- Assemble, inspect, and handle products with a high level of precision
- Complete required production documentation (batch records, DHRs, etc.) accurately
- Verify measurements, weights, counts, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company standards
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Wear required PPE and follow gowning procedures in controlled environments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Experience with documentation, ERP systems, or production records preferred
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Preferred Experience
- Regulated industry experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar)
- Experience working with standardized processes and quality systems
- Familiarity with data entry or production tracking systems
