Our client, a leader in immersive training and advanced learning technology, is seeking a JCATS Instructor for a unique assignment supporting international defense training efforts.This role offers competitive compensation, full living support, and the opportunity to make a difference in real-world defense training.What You’ll Do:
Deliver instruction and technical support for JCATS software following LLNL New Equipment Training (NET)
Provide classroom and field-based training in dynamic environments, including austere conditions
Tailor delivery methods to various class sizes and instructional formats
Conduct After Action Reviews (AAR) and assist with Observer/Controller training
Manage training supplies and ensure readiness of support materials
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JCATS software, including entity creation and scenario development
Prior experience conducting JCATS training at the Battalion level or higher
Background in simulations planning and software support for military operations
Successful completion of JCATS LLNL NET Training
Valid, active passport
