Automotive Service Advisor

We’re seeking a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Automotive Service Writer & Sales Associate to join our team! This front-desk role combines customer service, parts coordination, and sales—acting as the bridge between our customers and technicians. No prior automotive experience is needed, but sales experience and a strong work ethic are essential. We provide full training and a supportive team environment to help you succeed.

This position offers performance-based pay bonuses, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to significantly boost their earnings by meeting customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Write up repair orders and detailed service estimates.
• Communicate clearly between customers and technicians.
• Drive sales of tires, parts, and recommended services.
• Order parts and tires as requested by mechanics.
• Follow up with customers on estimates, approvals, and completed work.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/front desk area.
• Track repair orders to ensure timely part arrivals and workflow.
• Support the store manager with daily operations and customer retention strategies.
