Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is now hiring Servers to join our food & beverage team! We offer exciting opportunities in both our fine dining restaurant (breakfast and dinner service) and our outdoor poolside dining venue. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Position Summary
Servers are responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and professional service to resort guests while delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences in a fast-paced, resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (restaurant or resort experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol
