Client Intake Specialist

A family law growing boutique law firm in Bradenton, Florida is looking for an experienced Client Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and make sure the intake and onboarding processes run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, handles sensitive situations with professionalism, and cares about accuracy and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities - Client Intake Specialist

• Answer and triage incoming calls, leads, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Gather intake information, identify urgency, and route matters appropriately
• Schedule and confirm consultations, send follow-up communications
• Manage intake workflows, including conflict checks, documentation, and onboarding steps
• Maintain accurate data in our legal practice management system
• Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and operational tasks

What Success Looks Like - Client Intake Specialist

• Calls are handled consistently and promptly during business hours
• Consultations are scheduled accurately with complete intake notes
• Client data is organized, current, and reliable
• New client onboarding is smooth, consistent, and well-documented

Qualifications - Client Intake Specialist

• Prior law firm experience preferred (family law experience a plus)
• Prior intake and consultation scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with practice management software strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Professional handling of confidential and emotionally sensitive information

Compensation and Schedule - Client Intake Specialist

• Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Benefits: Health insurance and paid time off
• Location: Downtown Bradenton; remote flexibility may be considered for highly qualified candidates
