Are you energized by music, movement, and making an impact? Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is looking for an enthusiastic Zumba and/or Dance Fitness Instructor to SUB engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes at 2648 Bermuda Lake Dr, Brandon, FL 33510

Class Type: Zumba and/or Dance Fitness
Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-5+ motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.

Competitive Pay
Earn $40 per 45-minute class with the potential for more classes based on your availability and proximity.

Flexible Scheduling
We work around your schedule. Choose classes that match your availability and location preferences.

Creative Control
Design and lead your classes your way. We encourage instructors to bring their own style and energy.

Professional Development
Enjoy personalized coaching to help you sharpen your teaching skills and grow your fitness career.

Team Support
Focus on teaching-we take care of marketing, community engagement, and logistics.

• Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM (Wednesdays)

• A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others

• Experienced in leading group fitness classes (Zumba and/or Barre)

• CPR and AED certified (required)

• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)

• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba or Barre workouts

• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants

• Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance

• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity

• Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
