A private aviation organization is seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Specialist to join its Operations Control Center team. This role supports flight dispatch, full crew scheduling responsibilities, and client service coordination in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide flight dispatch support and coordinate daily flight operations.
• Own full crew scheduling responsibilities , including compliance with duty and rest regulations.
• Support client service communication related to flight operations and trip coordination.
• Monitor real-time operations and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and operations staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and operational records.

Requirements

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Dispatch School Graduate) – REQUIRED
• Ability to work onsite at Opa-locka Airport.
• Willingness to work a rotational 4-day shift schedule.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and perform effectively under time pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior aviation operations or dispatch experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong interest in aviation operations and logistics.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a flight operations environment.
