Equipment Sales Representative

Kingline Equipment – Baker, Florida

Kingline Equipment is now accepting resumes for an experienced Equipment Sales Representative at our Baker, Florida location. We represent top-tier manufacturers and offer an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to build a long-term sales career in the agriculture and construction equipment industry.

Position Overview:
This role focuses on selling a wide range of commercial and consumer equipment, including:

  • Agricultural tractors.
  • Construction equipment.
  • Lawn and garden equipment.
  • Implements and attachments.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude , strong people skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships both inside and outside the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current product knowledge — features, benefits, and operation of all equipment sold.
  • Independently manage the full sales process from lead to closing.
  • Conduct demos, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Coordinate customer education and equipment delivery.
  • Respond to online leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within the dealership CRM system.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends; provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain the sales lot and indoor showroom — clean, well-stocked, and properly displayed.
  • Provide positive customer service to all walk-in visitors.
  • Follow defined sales processes and attend required training programs.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience - Equipment Sales, Agriculture, or Construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of farm and construction equipment operations.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and handling online leads.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn industry-specific software programs.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to evaluate sales data and basic reports.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.


Physical & Work Requirements:

  • Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, shop area, and warehouse.
  • Ability to demonstrate equipment and components — bending, lifting, twisting as required.
  • Able to stand for extended periods during demos, events, and expos.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including extended hours during peak seasons.


Job Details:

  • Location: Baker, FL
  • Schedule: Typically 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on season).
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years sales or equipment experience.
  • Education: High school or equivalent.
