DESCRIPTION

Looking for real-time C++ 2025 embedded software engineer with at least 6+ years of experience related to Linux/Real-time operating system running on multi-core processors to development embedded real-time missile Operational Flight Program (OFP).

Candidate must have Secret Clearance. Candidate will work onsite full-time at Orlando, Florida, LM-MFC plant; 4/10 1st shift.

MANDATORY:

• Experience must be within the last 6 years.
• 6+ years of C++ 2025 embedded real-time object-oriented development experience using Linux on multi-core processors.
• 3+ years of experience related to inertial navigation, guidance, autopilot, launch sequence and control, gimbal LOS control, or IR seeker image processing.
• 3+ years of 1553 interface experience.
• 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) using Git-lab and Bit-bucket.

DESIRED:

• Familiarity with Free RTOS, Yocto, or Linux (CentOS7).
• Working knowledge of C++ design patterns for embedded software development.
• Hands-on software/firmware/Hardware integration experience.
• Understanding of full software development lifecycle process including requirements analysis, design, code, integration, test and verification.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps processes and tools (Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing).
