National Personal Lines agency is looking for an associate sales director to work out of their South Miami office. They have a unique setup. They advertise heavily on social media and other platforms to develop leads. They then deliver the warm leads to their internal staff of agents. They then reach out via phone and email to sell all lines of personal lines insurance. They have seen double-digit growth over the last 5 years. Your job is to help hire, train, and manage staff members they currently have. They write in 50 states and have standard markets, mostly middle-market accounts. They need a manager to push the average salesperson to make more sales, as well as find other technologies to help increase sales. They will consider a personal lines agent who wants to grow into a leadership position.
