Personal Assistant (High-Level Support)

Location: Miami Lakes
Employment Type: Part Time
Compensation : $15 - $20 hour

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to provide both professional and personal support in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires someone who can manage schedules, handle last-minute changes, and anticipate needs before being asked. You must be comfortable working with high standards, shifting priorities, and direct communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate travel, reservations, and itineraries
• Oversee inbox management and correspondence
• Communicate with vendors and service providers
• Run errands and support household logistics
• Assist with projects and special requests
• Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting an executive, business owner, or household preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable pivoting quickly when priorities shift
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused
• Self-starter who anticipates needs

This is not a basic admin role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and thrives in a support partnership.
