Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader / Foreman

This full-time role is integral to our operations, as it involves coordinating intricate landscape maintenance details with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews
- Ensure all tasks are performed to industry and company standards
- Communicate plans and production goals to crew members and clients
- Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures
- Track and record all expenses and crew hours worked
- Prepare and oversee job sites from start to finish
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Complete all necessary paperwork and information related to the job
- Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Valid driver's license (Preferred)
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Regular, dependable attendance
- Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
