Spanish-English Client Support Specialist
A day in the life in Panama City, FL
Join us full time in a professional office where your bilingual Spanish and English skills shine. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding conversations, resolving questions, and supporting business growth.
What you will do
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and the general public
- Deliver professional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Accurately enter and update information in company systems
- Process and manage client orders from intake to completion
- Assist with growing and maintaining the client base through great service
- Handle high call volumes and fast data entry during peak seasons
- Collaborate in a team-oriented office environment
What you bring
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- A customer service mindset and goal orientation
- Confidence on the phone and ease interacting with the public
- Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly
