BBM is seeking a Medical Director to help grow the Medical Cosmetic portion of our business. In addition to facial skin care services with a focus on treating acne, we offer laser hair removal, Botox injections, Fillers, Morpheus 8, vitamin injections, IV therapies and other focused therapies to treat a large variety of skin conditions.
Our ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/ Spanish) licensed medical professional with hands-on experience injecting neuromodulators (Botox/ Dysport) and dermal fillers. The Medical Director will be available two days per week to consult with clients, perform procedures and work with our estheticians to help identify and present treatment plans and cosmetic enhancement opportunities. Saturdays are non-negotiable, and the second day (Friday or another weekday) may be adjusted based on client scheduling needs. Our Medical Director should also be comfortable and enthusiastic appearing on social media to educate, promote services, and support brand visibility.
Compensation will include a monthly stipend and a commission-based structure with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate as we grow the medical business.
