Job Summary
All American Windows and Doors is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing windows and doors team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to identify their needs, recommend high-quality window and door solutions, and guide them through the entire sales process—from consultation to closing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and earning strong commissions in a high-demand home improvement market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referrals, and field marketing
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer needs and project requirements
Present and demonstrate window and door products, including features, benefits, and energy efficiency advantages
Provide accurate measurements, pricing estimates, and project timelines
Build trust with customers and confidently handle objections
Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activity in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects and past customers to drive repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver consultative sales experiences
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
Basic technical aptitude for measurements and product specifications
Valid driver’s license (for field-based roles, if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling windows, doors, or exterior home improvement products
Knowledge of energy-efficient products, materials, and installation processes
Familiarity with financing options and contract-based sales
