Description:You will be the Contracts Management professional for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for providing contract administration support that enables successful delivery of missioncritical programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Management professional you will be responsible for overseeing daytoday contract administration activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain contract files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and uptodate.
- Track contract deliverables, milestones, and key dates, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Process contract modifications, extensions, and closeouts in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with program, finance, legal, and supplychain partners to resolve contractual issues.
- Prepare and distribute routine contract reports and correspondence for internal and external audiences.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 1+ years of professional experience. Ability to obtain a security clearanceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsShould be detail-oriented and able to work in a virtual team environmentProven ability to develop internal and external relationshipsMust possess written and oral communication skillsMust have excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to travel as required for this position
Desired Skills:
Prior Contracts administration and negotiation experience with a variety of contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF)Experience with building and maintaining high value customer relationshipsAbility to engage in routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions for complex contractsExperience with Lockheed Martin Contracts processes and applicationsExperience interpreting and negotiating standard USG FAR/DFARS regulations and/or Direct Commercial Sale terms and conditions with foreign agencies/companies
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
