We are looking to hire a Law Office Manager to join our Personal Injury Law Firm. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employees including scheduling and HR.
- Track costs and expenses for Personal Injury Matters
- Prepare settlement statements and issue checks.
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Personal Injury Legal Sector.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
