As we expand our footprint to serve more communities with world-class cardiology, we’re currently seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our dedicated team in The Villages and Leesburg, FL —serving across our clinics, affiliated hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Position would be Electrophysiology focused. - Team Environment: Join a close-knit, collegial group of 5 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers, supported by experienced MAs, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Comprehensive Scope: Deliver a mix of bread-and-butter and complex Electrophysiology services with hospital, clinic, and ASC setting.
- Robust Support: Enjoy the support of APPs and administrative staff across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with shared call coverage.
- Rewarding Compensation: Lucrative compensation package including production bonuses, equity, and a clear partnership track (option for accelerated track).

- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Electrophysiology Fellowship Trained Physician
- Completion of a U.S.-accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular fellowship
- MD or DO licensed in Florida (or eligibility)
- Strong commitment to patient care, quality, and teamwork
- Can sponsor J1 or H1-B waiver
