Job Description

We are seeking skilled electromechanical assemblers to join our team. This role involves assembling electrical components, specifically potentiometers, and performing soldering tasks on small parts under a microscope. Candidates will work with J-Standard assembly practices to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components such as potentiometers.
• Perform soldering on small parts using a microscope.
• Follow J-Standard assembly practices.
• Read and interpret schematics for accurate assembly.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Experience in electrical assembly.
• Soldering skills, especially with electronic components.
• Ability to work with electronics and soldering tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• J-Standard assembly experience.
• Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pinellas Park, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
