Market Access Operations Analyst

The Market Access Operations Analyst is responsible for the administrative management of customer service functions and assist ADMAs market access in relation to contracts management, master file data management, reports management, and business review preparation. Liaison with internal ADMA departments (Market Access, Sales, Finance, Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain and Quality) on customer issues.
- Effectively manage the administrative aspects of Customer Service, Market Access and Commercial Operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Market Access & National Accounts, the Senior Director of Market Access and Reimbursement, the Field Sales Team, the Supply Chain Team, the 3PL, and other departments as needed.
- Process pharmaceutical product purchase orders and returns/credits in a timely manner and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Interface with customers and the trade to address and/or triage pharmaceutical product inquiries, complaints, and Adverse Events in a timely manner and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Interact with wholesalers, distributors, specialty pharmacies, purchasing groups, government contract accounts and end users, as warranted, to facilitate sales and manage pharmaceutical product inventory. Including preparation and facilitation of investment buy documentation and distribution thereof to the appropriate groups including finance and sales.
- Maintain and distribute up-to-date customer master data files including monthly sales data.
- Maintain, distribute and report required pricing data files.
- Gathering, compiling, analyzing, and reporting pharmaceutical sales data, including chargebacks and the Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program.
- Assist the Market Access, National Accounts and Commercial Operations Department in internal and external (FDA) audits.
- Vendor and Customer processing/management of deliverables, including (CIFs, MSAs, DSAs, Amendments and CDAs), new vendor master data forms and associated purchase requisitions/purchase orders and fee for service invoices.
- Compile and maintain up-to-date company and product related information required by government and commercial contracting, as assigned.
- Assist in the auditing of contract data, including contract administrative fee reports and documentation, for compliance with applicable contract terms and conditions.
- Assist in the confirmation and distribution of contract terms and pricing information to authorized distribution sources, as assigned.
- Manage the quarterly invoicing and payments activity of the Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program as deemed appropriate with finance.
- Manage input and oversight of ADMAs product data agreements.
- Assist in quarterly business review reporting and presentation building.
- Update, maintain, and distribute all Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) membership lists and spreadsheets.
- Review all GPO membership updates and confirm participant eligibility, as warranted, for awarded contracts.
- Generate and distribute the quarterly internal GPO Contract Sales Report and the Contract Administrative Fee Payments Report.
- Generate and distribute the quarterly external GPO Contract Sales Administrative Fee Reports/Payments.
- Assist in the maintenance of contract related sales databases, spreadsheets, electronic records and files, and distribute updated sales information accordingly.
- Management of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policy documents.
- Report generation from 3PL system (SmartData) as necessary.
- Provide guidance to the Commercial Operations department, provide training and collaborate with all team members as applicable.
- Document preparation and management.
- Spreadsheet development and maintenance.
- Database maintenance.
- Presentation preparation.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts or Biological Sciences preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Prior management of pharmaceutical sales activities. Prior management of commercial and/or government contracting processes. Exposure to national accounts, including wholesalers, distributors, purchasing groups and government purchasing programs a plus.
