Scrum Master
Job Title: Scrum Master
Department: Education Management
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Project Management
Summary:
Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and leading teams to success? Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring the team stays on track to deliver high-quality projects on time. If you have a strong background in Scrum and a desire to drive continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily zoom meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Track and report on team velocity and progress towards sprint goals
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
