On-Call Security Floater (West Palm Beach / Northern Broward / Miami-Dade)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Security Floater to support multiple accounts across West Palm Beach, Northern Broward, and Miami-Dade County . This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of adapting quickly to different sites and responsibilities.

The floater will be responsible for covering open shifts, emergencies, and last-minute call-outs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service across all assigned locations.

Pay Rate:

• $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call coverage for various sites as needed.
• Respond to emergency situations and urgent staffing needs.
• Perform duties across multiple post types, including:
  • Front Desk / Concierge Security.
  • Gatehouse Access Control.
  • Foot Patrol and/or Golf Cart Patrol.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times.
• Monitor and report any safety or security concerns.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity reports accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, clients, and visitors.
• Follow all company policies and site-specific post orders.

Requirements:

• Must have a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Must have reliable transportation (required for traveling between sites).
• Prior experience in:
  • Front Desk / Concierge Security.
  • Gatehouse / Access Control.
  • Patrol (foot or golf cart).
• Computer savvy (able to complete reports and use basic systems).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Active Florida Class D Security License (required).
