Electrical Service Technician - Experienced Electrician

Elcon Electric - an electrical contractor in Deerfield Beach - needs Service Technicians for work in Broward County and Palm Beach County areas. A minimum of 3 years of experience running a service truck is required. This is a great opportunity to join an established team that offers great benefits and a great work environment. A company vehicle will be provided. A clean driving record and background check are required. DFWP/EOE
Qualified candidates should be able to:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code
- Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- Communicate issues to clients, and discuss payment options
- Complete work tickets for each service job
- Work independently and timely
- Communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of electrical issues
- Bucket truck experience helpful
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle to ensure items are available and in safe working condition
Pay:
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
