What you will do
Under general supervision, you will provide support for your accounts and assist all channels (i.e., Customers, Regional Managers, Engineers, Plants, etc.), process orders, research and respond to customer inquiries, and address customer concerns/issues within designated timeframes. Additionally, you will prepare proposals and manage customer quotation portals, aiming to meet client demands and increase the company’s business volume.
How you will do it
Serve as the primary communications link between customers, sales staff, plants, and other departments on inquiries, order-related issues, product information, credits, and other issues pertaining to customers’ accounts via email, fax, or phone.
Process and change orders, credits, and product return authorizations and manage daily emails.
Run customer order reports to proactively get orders shipped.
Promptly issue Credit, Debit, or Return Material Authorizations.
Actively support product shipping.
Manage proposal log and orders backlog.
Actively work on Account Receivables tasks.
Create and submit proposals to customers.
Manage and update customer quotation portals to ensure timely responses and maximize business opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Marine Manager
What we look for
Required
Must be 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other required programs.
Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lb if necessary.
Availability to work in a hybrid schedule, with presence at the Hialeah workshop 4 times per week.
Previous experience as Customer Service Representative.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.71- $32.69 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
