The Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented B2B Sales Associate to join our in-office sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our 400+ dealer network — from large national distributors to small-town trailer stores. You’ll also engage with new leads via email, website, and trade shows, presenting the BulletProof Dealer Program and driving account growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional account management to ensure dealer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and execute upon growth opportunities within existing dealer accounts
- Offer technical support and product education to dealers, addressing any inquiries or issues
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance dealer engagement and sales performance
- Monitor and analyze account metrics to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay dealer feedback and improve product offerings
- Conduct regular check-ins with dealers to ensure they are fully supported and informed about new products and promotions
- Create and maintain detailed records of dealer interactions and sales activities
- Assist in the development of training materials and programs for new dealers
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Handle inbound leads through email, website inquiries, and follow-ups
- Attend industry trade shows and follow up with contacts
- Maintain accurate sales records using Gmail, Shopify, and spreadsheets
- Become an expert in the BulletProof Hitches product line
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B or inside sales preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excel/Word/Google Sheets proficiency
- Comfortable managing 100+ accounts
- Results-oriented with a professional, approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn the technical side of towing products
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary : $60,000 – $75,000
- Performance Bonuses : $5,000 for every $125,000 in sales growth ($20,000 per $500k annually)

- Have a great understanding of the sales process
- Ability to maintain a highly motivated work ethic, focusing on customers and sales objectives
- Experienced and results oriented negotiator
- Ability to influence and develop relationships key decision makers. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated; possess outstanding business acumen and self-discipline and be technically minded.
- Proficient communicator with outstanding time-management skills, strong sense of urgency and natural ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen in driving cross-functional discussions and solving problems
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and strives to exceed requirements
- Understand the off-road industry and competitors
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with Business Contact Manager Software
