New Vehicle Sales Person

: Job Summary Roger Dean Chevrolet in Cape Coral, Florida is searching for a full-time, commission-only New Vehicle Sales Person to join our team of professionals. This individual contributor role provides an opportunity for hard working and experienced Auto Sales professionals to make a substantial income. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, knowledge of the vehicle sales process and a passion for the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits We provide a high earning potential for our successful Sales Person, with a competitive commission for sales. This industry-leading commission structure provides an income range of $52000 to $85000 per year, paid biweekly. Responsibilities

• Generate sales by developing ongoing relationships with customers, cultivating new leads and expanding market share
• Advise customers on vehicle selection, features, and financing options
• Understand automotive financing, warranties, accessories and pricing
• Maintain high customer service standards and adhere to all applicable motor vehicle laws
• Work closely with other dealership staff, service writers and mechanics
• Interact with customers in a professional and personable manner
• Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system

Requirements Bilingual, English, Spanish

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years proven sales experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• A valid driver's license
• Knowledge of automotive financing and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
