Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment and by hand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen, and storage spaces. Sort and rinse dirty dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized for service or storage. Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed during slow periods. Take out the trash regularly and maintain a clean work environment. Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with high volume. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
