• We are looking for one or two MOTIVATED individuals to join our team to provide the Northern Florida Area with the best professional and client focused Tractor and Heavy Equipment Sales/Service. Your clients are High End Residential, Contractors, Construction (Light & Heavy), Business Owners, Recreational RTV/Side-by-Side users and many other blue collar/hard working members of our community.

Qualifications:

• Quality customer service skills and sales track record
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• High personal achievement standards
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models.
• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their purchase.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
• Support online customers through our eSales office.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Pay may vary based on experience
