$20 - $25 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control Organization – Oversee stock levels, implement systems to track inventory, and ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Order Management – Place accurate orders with vendors, monitor restocking needs, and prevent shortages or overstock.
• Shopify Management – Maintain inventory accuracy within Shopify, process updates, and collaborate with the fulfillment team.
• Quality Control – Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring only the best products reach our customers.
• Warehouse Optimization – Implement storage solutions, manage inventory flow, and continuously improve efficiency.
• Collaboration – Work closely with purchasing, fulfillment, and customer service teams to support operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of inventory management experience (jewelry or accessories industry preferred).
• Strong Shopify experience – including inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented & organized – you love keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.
• Problem solver – able to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and find solutions.
• Tech-savvy – experience with inventory management software and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
