Head Golf Professional

The Fountains Country Club, a premier private country club located in Lake Worth, Florida, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Golf Professional to lead our golf operations and enhance the overall member and guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to be part of a vibrant, service-driven community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the golf operation, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and professional development.
• Deliver an exceptional golf experience for members and guests through outstanding service and programming.
• Plan, organize, and promote a full calendar of golf events, tournaments, and instructional programs.
• Provide individual and group instruction to players of all skill levels, fostering growth and enjoyment of the game.
• Oversee the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Manage daily golf operations such as tee times, pace of play, cart fleet, and practice facilities.
• Work collaboratively with club leadership to achieve strategic goals and continually elevate member satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all club policies, safety standards, and USGA rules of golf.

Qualifications:

• Class A PGA Member in good standing required.
• Minimum of [5+] years of progressive experience as a Head Professional, First Assistant, or similar leadership role in a private club or resort setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in staff management, golf instruction, and merchandising.
• Ability to create engaging programs and events that strengthen member relationships and participation.
• Business acumen with experience managing budgets, operations, and revenue goals.
• Passion for the game of golf and a commitment to delivering an exceptional club experience.
