Job Description

Job Summary

The Project Director role will support the Margaritaville Vacation Club sales with direct oversight for set locaitons and partnership/ alignment with other sales leaders to obtain optimum performance.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partnering with local Sales Support leaders (if applicable) on the opening of new locations Brand immersion Training Continue to drive consistent expectations and brand unity Partner with MGVC on strategic direction Work with project management re: Programs /Product Direct Management of Cruise Operations associates and Sunset Walk Partner with leaders at current locations to drive performance: Atlanta, St Thomas, Nashville + any additional openings

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• MGVC product knowledge

Training requirements

• FLA Real Estate license

Knowledge and skills

• Demonstrated ability to multi task and make effective decisions that align with company’s direction

Technical Skills

• Journey , WSA Worksheet, Eworksheet, Ecredit, Workstamp, MSFT Office

Job experience

• 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales training, Timeshare operations

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Complexity

Describe the following:

Level of decision-making authority

• The Project Director will be responsible for elevating decisions that require immediate attention to SVP and making autonomous decision when acting in direct field capacity.

Level of autonomy

• Full decision-making authority while at Sea with accountable report outs to SVP

The impact of his/her decision on the organization

• The decision-making ability of the Project Director will be an integral part of maintaining our partnership with Margaritaville Vacation Club

Supervisory responsibility:

• Direct Supervision of Directors Sales, Sunset Walk and Cruise Sales Operations Director , Lead Cruise sales Operations

• Liaison with Sales leaders at other T+L Margaritaville Sales locations to navigate performance and branding

Scope/Financial Responsibility

• Responsible for Growing the Brand and Sales Performance by a mIn fo 10% year / year
