Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative landscape lighting products from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure product designs meet quality and environmental standards.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and prototypes using CAD software.
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback to improve product functionality and manufacturability.
• Perform testing and analysis on lighting products to verify performance and durability requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into product designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in lighting or related industries.
• Strong proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Knowledge of lighting technologies, electrical components, and environmental sustainability practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
