Receptionist (Palm Beach Gardens)

Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the flow of lobby traffic and notify staff upon guest arrival
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and conference rooms
Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist walk-in clients and potential clients with general inquiries
Order office supplies and assist with basic office coordination
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scanning
Qualifications
2+ year of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience
Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and presentation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Basic computer skills in a Windows environment (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
Interest in growing a career within the legal field
