As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence in and around the facility to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Follow all protocols related to carrying and handling firearms in accordance with company and site-specific guidelines.
• Prepare detailed and accurate written reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required to address incidents or emergencies at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
