General Dentist
Our well-established practice is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist (or Part-Time, 3 days/week) to join our experienced team in Orange Park, FL. The expected start date is late January or early February 2026. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of clinical experience and be comfortable with extractions, endo, and implant placement . This role may also offer a hybrid schedule with opportunities to work alongside other clinicians in our satellite office in Jacksonville, FL.
$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!
Practice highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
- Family-oriented, primarily serving Adult patients
- Several Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site
- CBCT and 4 iTero scanners on site
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- $900 Daily Guarantee for 5 months
- 32-34% of collections after 5 months (experience dependent)
- Health, Vision, Dental Insurance coverage
- Malpractice coverage and Disability Insurance
- $2,000 annual CE allowance
- Zero lab fees if using preferred lab
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full Time (32 hours on avg.)
- Monday – Thursday (Off by 4:00 pm)
- Friday – Sunday (OFF)
- No on-call responsibilities
