Nanny Position for Twin Boys We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly skilled nanny in Davie, Florida to care for our twin babies ~4 months. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Vietnamese and have a strong background in working with multiple infants. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Language Skills: - Must communicate and read to the babies exclusively in Vietnamese to support language development. Teaches babies Vietnamese. 2. Experience: - Proven experience handling multiple infants or toddlers. - Experience with early childhood and learning development and age-appropriate activities. 3. Skills and Certifications: - Current First Aid and Infant CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before starting). - Valid driver license and clean driving record. -Ability to travel as needed (must possess appropriate travel documents). - Clear and verified background check. 4. Responsibilities: - Full care of the babies (including day and night), including: - Including but not limited to bathing, diaper changes, clothing, burping and gas/stomach cramps relief, putting baby to sleep, nail care, nasal aspiration, bottle cleaning/sterilizing/drying, administering medication when necessary. - Supporting physical and cognitive development through interaction: talking, singing, reading, playing, and baby exercises. - Providing structure and creating a safe, stimulating environment. - Accompanying or bring the babies to appointments and activities (e.g., strolls, parks, baby events/activities, library visits). - Ability to swim to take babies to the pool 5. Household Support: - Housework included but not limited to laundry, cleaning, organizing and cooking 6. Personality Traits: - Calm, patient, affectionate,and caring demeanor. - Energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with children. - Reliable, trustworthy, and organized. - Genuinely loves children and enjoys fostering their growth. 7. Age and Availability: - Preferably between 25 to 45 years old. -No live-in arrangements. The nanny must have reliable transportation to and from the home. - can be physical active Additional Preferences: - Strong references from previous families. - Comfortable with occasional travel to assist the family. - Usage resources - books, podcasts, social group or media for best care and interactions with the twins. - Additional language fluency This job is perfect for someone who is passionate about child care and enjoys fostering a nurturing and structured environment for babies to thrive.
