Compensation: $30.00-$35.00/hour (Including bonus + commission)

About the Role: Fitness Coach

We’re hiring Coaches who are equal parts trainer, accountability partner, and community builder.

You’re the person members trust to:

• Keep them on track
• Show them the plan
• Push them just enough
• Celebrate their wins

This is not just “run a workout and go home.” This is coaching, follow‑up, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Coach & Connect
  • Lead high‑energy, 30‑minute small‑group sessions
  • Build relationships and hold members accountable to their goals
  • Deliver and explain 3D body scans and progress metrics
  • Provide basic nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching within our system

• Drive Results & Revenue
  • Guide prospects through studio tours and help them choose the right program
  • Sell memberships, apparel, and supplements (with commission)
  • Help execute challenges, events, and referral campaigns

• Own the Member Experience
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and “ready for show” every shift
  • Support the team and uphold BASECK standards and culture
  • Live the lifestyle: be a visible, authentic example of what we coach

What We’re Looking For

• Personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
  • OR willingness to obtain one (we offer preferred NASM )
• Experience coaching or instructing (group fitness preferred)
• Comfortable having real conversations about goals, struggles, and accountability
• Strong communication and people skills – friendly, outgoing, and professional
• Flexible, adaptable, and excited to grow with a new, fast‑moving studio
