Executive Assistant
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and international travel logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, board decks, and meeting minutes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Execute special projects, from research to event planning.
- Experience: 5+ years supporting C-level executives (CEO, Founder, or Managing Partner).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to draft emails on behalf of the CEO that require zero editing.
- Availability: Must be willing to be "on-call" occasionally for travel emergencies or urgent weekend scheduling
- Technical Proficiency:
- Calendar Mastery: Experience managing 3+ complex, conflicting calendars across multiple time zones.
- Travel Logistics: High proficiency in booking private and commercial travel, including visa requirements and ground transport. Task Management: Expert-level use of Monday.com, Asana, or Trello to track executive "To-Dos."

- Confidentiality: A proven track record of handling high-stakes, confidential financial or legal information.
