Ideal Candidate must be fluent in Spanish, have genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures.

As a Sales Consultant, you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service.

This is a performance-based, 100 % COMMISSION ONLY position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and product knowledge
• Proactively engage with potential customers in the community
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watersports solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Foster long-term customer loyalty and encourage referrals
• Stay informed on industry trends, events, and share updates with clients
• Explain warranties and dealership service policies clearly
• Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and financing regulations
• Support and participate in promotional events such as boat shows and auctions

Requirements:

• Bilingual Skill is Required (English - Spanish)
• Proven sales success, ideally in the marine or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in negotiation and closing sales
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in CRM and sales tracking software
