Account Manager/Sales Coordinator
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quotes, orders, and communication.
- strong mathematical skills for calculations related to construction materials (linear feet, square feet, cubic yards, tons, counts, etc.).
- Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or account support, ideally within construction or building materials.
- Ability to manage high-volume communication via phone and email effectively.
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM, order entry, or ERP systems preferred.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in building long-term relationships.

- Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
- Order & Quote Management: Accurately process orders and quotes, provide pricing, product information, and ensure timely entry in CRM or order systems.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain customer records, track activity, and document all interactions for smooth account management.
- Math & Material Calculations: Convert measurements (linear feet, square feet, cubic yards, tons, counts, etc.) into the appropriate amount of product needed to cover each project.
- Team Collaboration: Support Outside Sales Representatives on bids, proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about company product lines to provide knowledgeable support.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve order, delivery, or product issues quickly and professionally.
