Outpatient Clinic – Private Practice

Overview:

A growing, well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Panama City, FL is looking for a Physical Therapist to join its team. Full-time is required (40 hours per week) offering a flexible schedule, with the option to work four or five days per week. The clinic is seeking someone personable, collaborative, and confident in their communication skills. New grad PTs are encouraged to apply!

Caseload / Patient Population:

Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages, including general orthopedic and some gait/balance cases. Full-time PTs typically see 10–12 patients per day. Opportunities to develop a specialty or earn certification are encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus structure is available based on productivity.

Work Schedule:

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for FL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• 3-5 years of outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

• New grad PTs are encouraged to apply.
